Shipping Within the United States
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Minnesota
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days (where available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment's progress.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to the nature of our products (seeds, soil amendments, and agricultural supplies), some items may have shipping restrictions to certain states or regions based on agricultural regulations. We will notify you if any items in your order cannot be shipped to your location.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at driftlesshuntandhabitat@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Driftless region. Please contact us at driftlesshuntandhabitat@gmail.com to arrange pickup.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping.
